This very old suburb in the inner city suburb of Chippendale is located on the other side of Broadway and architect Jean Nouvel's Central Park Complex is the area's new landmark 5 star green rated building. Along with this building is a wonderful piece of urban design for you to explore.

Join our knowledgeable volunteer tour leader in discovering Chippendale on a 90 minute walking tour and see the Mortuary Railing Station and garden, a piece of Sydney's hidden history. Other highlights include Spice Alley and Indigo Slam, an amazing residential project by Smart Design and visit the Old Clare Hotel which was original designed by architect Sidney Warden which fits very well into the fabric of this precinct.
