Unable to attend the Castlecrag Walking Tour 1 on Saturday 13 January? AAA architectural walking tours resume in early 2024. The first  Castlecrag walking tour 1 will take place on Saturday 13 January.  Give the gift of informative healthy exercise this Christmas by securing tickets for yourself and your loved ones.

On Saturday 18 November the AAA launched a brand new architectural walking tour: The Potts Point to Elizabeth Bay Walk. AAA supporter Diane Temple attended the tour and has kindly provided her impressions of the value of discovering some of the architectural gems that can be found in these inner city suburbs. 

The last Castlecrag Walking Tour 2 for 2023, takes place on Saturday 9 December. As one of the AAA's most popular walks, you will want to book now or miss out!

Castlecrag is one of Sydney's most picturesque suburbs, perched on a rocky peninsula surrounded by the sparkling waters of Middle Cove. In the 1920s architects Walter Burley Griffin and Marion Mahony Griffin planned the perfect garden suburb with small houses surrounded by trees and rocky outcrops. Little did they realise what property values would do to that dream.

Join the Ultimo Architecture as Art walk on Saturday 8 June. Learn all about the suburbs colourful history and diversity of architecture. 

Over two hours discover two hundred years of Sydney’s built history. An Australian Architecture Association trained tour guide will help you to discover how architecture has helped shape the landscape of the city. Taking place on Thursday 23 November, don't miss out on this snapshot of how architecture developed in the city.

On Sunday 19 November, enjoy and discover the architecture and history of Sydney, from its oldest residential suburb - The Rocks, through to its newest - Barangaroo. Our tour leaders have so much to share with you about these historic harbourside areas of Sydney, from the Museum of Contemporary Art , Barangaroo, to The Sirius. 

On Saturday 1'8 November, join us on a two hour walk in Dover Heights, located in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney with a trained AAA volunteer tour guide.

November is the perfect month to discover the architectural delights of the inner city urban village Redfern. Join the walk on Sunday 12 November 2023.
