2404 g0

On Saturday 27 April, join us on a two hour walk in Dover Heights, located in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney with a trained AAA volunteer tour guide.

You will learn about its’ history and see a variety of housing styles from the original P & O style houses with semi circular bay windows parapets and port holes to large houses maximising drop dead views of Sydney Harbour or hanging off the cliff to observe the Pacific Ocean.

You may be surprised in the hidden architectural gems by well known architects in this clifftop suburb.

Hear how Dover Heights got its name and how the area was used in WW2 and by CSIRO.

Don’t miss the opportunity of exploring and discovering the residential architecture of Dover Height.
